The Heart and Mind Behind Our Senior Placement Company

Pinnacle Senior Placements in Kent, WA, was established out of a pure desire to serve the elderly and their families. At present, our company still lives up to that calling by serving each family with dignity and respect.

Daphne Davis, Company Owner

Daphne leverages her strong business and entrepreneurial background in running Pinnacle Senior Placements. Since 1985, she has experienced handling management positions and establishing her own business. Being in these positions of responsibility allowed her to enjoy the freedom of implementing the credo of “doing the right thing for the right reason every time.”

In 2001, Daphne was introduced to senior care. She continues to enjoy serving elders and their families to this day.

Daphne has been devoting her time for the last 25 years as a loving wife and as a hands-on mother to two boys. She attends family, school, and sporting events while still having a full-time career. Her interests include playing the organ/piano for choir and church services. Aside from that, she also loves traveling both domestically and internationally with her husband and friends.

Jolene Micone

Jolene is the Office Manager for Pinnacle Senior Placements and has been keeping us organized and in compliance since April of 2016. She has worked in the health field for 20+ years, always supporting others in their success. Though she has limited face-to-face contact with our families, she fully supports our motto of “doing the right thing for the right reason every time”. She spends her time developing and maintaining our database and accounting systems.

Jolene’s first love is her family. She enjoys being married, spending time with her five kids and, most importantly, she adores spending time with her five grandchildren. She also enjoys journaling, crafting, and reading.

Emily Badgley

Emily has been part of the Pinnacle Senior Placements’ team since February 2017. Her natural desire to assist and interact with seniors led her to working as a caregiver. She has been a caregiver since 2005 in both rehab facilities and adult family homes. Her personality is inviting and playful, which helped her become an activities director at an assisted living community. With these experiences, she has developed the skills needed to help our elder population discover their highest values and learn what to look for in a care community. It was a natural progression for her to assist families in exploring and securing long-term care and housing for their loved ones.

Emily has three children who bring joy and energy into her life. She spends her free time going on family vacations and exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Nancy Kath

State laws regulate our industry, and Nancy is a part of our Pinnacle Senior Placements’ compliance team. Upholding compliance is one of our highest values and, with Nancy’s database experience and attention to detail, she brings success to this area of our business.

Nancy enjoys quilting, gardening, her family and reading.
